At Aqua Brush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• With all original tags (if applicable).
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Perishable goods.
• Personal care products that have been opened or used.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
